What is patina?

A thin surface layer that develops on something because of use, age, or chemical action. With metal it’s how it reacts to the environment or chemicals.  When certain chemicals are combined together they can achieve different colors ranging from greens, red, browns, and blacks


In this workshop we will explore a series of “recipes” to cook up some lovely finishes.
